The Catering Team at Solway are proud to hold the top food hygiene rating of 5: Very Good. All the catering staff hold a level 2 qualification in food hygiene. In 2010-11 we won the LACA National Secondary School Catering Team of the Year. We do our best to use local suppliers and locally sourced fresh ingredients to help us provide a nutritionally balanced menu. The quality and variety of food provided is something Solway is well known for.

We serve a variety of homemade dishes including vegetarian and gluten free options. We also serve jacket potatoes and pasta pots with a variety of toppings, assorted sandwiches and wraps, paninis, and homemade soup.
